My room was incredibly hot because the air conditioning was off. It took hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature, which made it impossible to sleep well. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable the entire night, and management should really do better in maintaining a pleasant environment for their guests.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially as a base for visiting the nearby historic attractions like the Old San Miguel Mission and the Socorro Historic Plaza. The room was comfortable, and I appreciated having a decent table for working on my laptop. Breakfast options were satisfactory, providing a good start for the day before exploring. Overall, it met my needs perfectly for my three-night trip as a family.

the best western was fantastic! the room was really comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. breakfast was tasty and quite filling. we really enjoyed the pool and spa too. it's in a great spot for visiting the lovely park across the highway with the trail and amazing mountain views.
